Central de Cervejas e Bebidas portfolio brands’ quality renowned at national and international level
The quality of Água de Luso®, Luso Fruta®, Cerveja Sagres® and Sagres Bohemia® was once again recognized abroad, receiving the Grand Gold and Gold awards in one of the most rigorous world competitions, Monde Selection de la Qualité 2023. Recently the brands Água de Luso® and Cerveja Sagres® also won the “Trusted Brands 2023” award given by by Reader’s Digest in Portugal.
The recognition in the prestigious international competition Monde Selection and Trusted Brands, a reference survey in the domestic market, reinforces the vast list of awards received by Central de Cervejas e Bebidas (SCC) and validates the focus on product innovation and differentiation to offer new and daily consumer experiences of unique quality.
Água de Luso®, distinguished for the 14th consecutive time at Monde Selection de La Qualité, won its 12th Grand Gold Medal, reflecting its quality and naturalness preserved over more than 170 years. Cerveja Sagres®, one of the most awarded beer brands with over 160 medals, received its 27th Gold Award. Sagres Bohemia Beer® received its 16th Gold Award, while Luso Fruta® was distinguished with a Gold Award.
Cerveja Sagres® and Água de Luso® were again voted as most trusted brands by the Portuguese at the 23rd edition of Reader’s Digest Awards. Sagres® beer received 47% of the votes in the Beer category, while Água de Luso® received 55% of the votes in the Table Water category.
