Cergal was first brewed in 1972 in Sintra. However following the 25^th April Revolution and SCC’s nationalization the sector was restructured, with the merger of various breweries and companies. Keeping its original and characteristic recipe, Cergal was henceforth produced in Vialonga.

Cergal is a light and refreshing Pilsner, with 4.8% alcohol content.
